General Wellness

Infant probiotic- Klaire Labs Infant Probiotic

Children's Probiotic Powder- Klaire Labs

Children's Multivitamin - Nordic Natural Gummies. Delicious for kids while still providing high-quality ingredients

Omega-3 – Barlean’s Omega. Critical for brain growth and development. Has also been shown to help with children’s sleep, behavior and attention. Recommend a tablespoon a day.

Cold/Flu Season

VClear – Consists of Pelargonium sidoides in a liquid form. Has been shown to decrease duration as well as severity of upper respiratory infections. I recommend taking 1.5mL three times a day at first sign of upper respiratory infection.

Elderberry – From genus Sambucus, has been traditionally used to help treat cold and flu viruses. Recommendation is 1.5mL three times a day when sick.

D-Hist Junior – A chewable that consists of quercetin. This has been shown to help stabilize that release histamine, having an anti-inflammatory and antihistamine effect. Recommended insetting of upper respiratory infections, but also recommend to take during seasonal allergies.

Sleep Support

L-theanine – Jarrow Gummies. This is a naturally occurring non-protein amino acid thatpromotes relaxation and helps to reduce stress and anxiety levels. Can use before sleep or asneeded for feelings of anxiety.

Melatonin – A natural hormone that helps regulate the sleep cycle. Can be used to help resetsleep cycles. Do not recommend until after age of 2.

Infant Support

Boiron Arnica Cream. - Arnica is a traditional herbal remedy that helps treat/prevent bruising and can also be used for muscle aches and reducing inflammation. I recommend using Arnicagel after all your childrens’ vaccines. Works great for pain and reducing bruising!

Boiron Camilia. - A homeopathic remedy that consists of chamomile. This works great to help ease fussiness during teething and gas pains. I also recommend using to help soothe infants during sleep training.
